The Galapagos Isldans, off the coast of Ecuador, fall in at the #8 vacation spot. For those of you who love animals and nature, this historic, popular island is the perfect place to be. Colonies of rare birds, sea lions, and giant tortoises are common to Galapagos, and unique to the rest of the world, which is what makes this spot so special. One of the best ways to experience the wildlife of the island is to experience Ecoventura, a dive vessel that allows you to get up close and personal with the animals. The Galapagos provides people with amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience, which is why I chose it to be #8.
I feel like the Galapagos Islands would be an awesome place to vacation becuase it's different from the typical islands such as Aruba, Bahamas, or Puerto Rico. The animals and nature difinitely make it a special place to visit and give you something more to see other than the beach.
